Do you have order minimums? 

Yes — we have a $5,000 minimum for all custom projects. This ensures we can deliver the high-quality, fully customized experience our clients expect.

 

A 20% labor and project management fee is also applied to each project. This covers the hands-on coordination, sourcing, communication, and gift packing. Our team is managing every detail on your behalf, so you don’t have to.

How much is custom packaging?

There are quite a few variables that affect pricing — the size of the box, materials used, any specialty finishes (like foil stamping or embossing), order quantity, and timeline all play a role.

 

Because each project is unique, the best way to get an accurate quote is to schedule a quick discovery call. We’ll walk through your vision, goals, and details to provide tailored pricing that fits your needs.

Do you charge a design fee?

Yes — if you’d like us to develop custom design concepts for your project, we charge a one-time, non-refundable design fee of $350.

 

This includes curated mood boards, gift recommendations, and packaging concepts tailored to your brand and goals. It’s the first step in bringing your vision to life with intention and creativity.

What is the lead time? 

At Salt & Pepper Gifts, we work fast — because that’s what our clients expect. Our typical turnaround time is 14–21 business days from final approval.

 

Need it sooner? We’ve got you covered. Rush production is available and will incur a 25% rush fee to prioritize your project and meet your timeline.
